Since 2014, Matthieu Ponson has been cultivating his passion for wine in Gigondas, between the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux. His organic estate, nestled in the heart of the vineyards, offers tours of the cellar and tastings on the terrace or in the wine cellar, where you can discover his AOC Gigondas, Beaumes-de-Venise, and Ventoux wines. An authentic immersion in a setting that is both natural and contemporary, where each wine tells the story of an exceptional terroir. Available all year round, by appointment!
