Domaine de Coyeux
The Domaine de Coyeux, founded in the 1950s, was taken over in 2021 by Isabelle and Arnaud Strasser. Situated on the southern flank of the Dentelles de Montmirail, it covers 112 hectares. Its clay-rich Trias soils retain water in winter and nourish the vines in summer, producing perfectly ripe, sun-kissed grapes. A brand-new tasting room awaits you to discover the estate's wines!
