In the heart of the Gervanne valley, Domaine Peylong flourishes on 3.7 hectares of AOC Crémant de Die and Clairette de Die. With generous sunshine and draining soils, the vines draw on a variety of minerals to produce wines with a unique character. In summer, Christelle Lombard and her husband Fabien welcome you to the estate for convivial events and an ephemeral restaurant combining home cooking and tasty estate wines.
