At the foot of Mont Ventoux, in Saint-Didier, Domaine du Chat Blanc was born from the dream of Catherine, Stéphane, and their son Paul: to cultivate a small vineyard in the South of France. Here, Grenache and Syrah thrive on 5 hectares of preserved terroir, vinified with minimal inputs to produce natural and expressive AOC Ventoux wines. Tastings, estate tours, and concerts invite you to discover their welcoming world.
