Since 1930, the Delay family has been cultivating a unique vineyard in Mazan, where sandy and clay soils produce powerful reds and elegant whites and rosés from the Ventoux AOC. Certified HVE and Terra Vitis, their wines can be enjoyed in a preserved setting where respect for the environment is paramount. An experience to be shared with a family of passionate winemakers.

From 02/01 to 31/12/2026 from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm. On Saturday between 10 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 5 pm. Closed on Sunday.
Closed exceptionally on November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
