Domaine de Fondrèche Wine Estate

Domaine Fondrèche covers 40 hectares divided into three parcels. The historic plateau, with its stony, sandy-clay soils, produces deep, mineral reds. Rosés are produced on sandy soils, and whites on limestone. Green fertilizers, a lunar calendar and gentle methods reveal wines that are fresh, fine and respectful of nature, with a minimum of inputs to sublimate each cuvée.
