Château de Boucarut comprises 20 hectares of vines surrounding the property, producing AOC Lirac, Tavel and Vin de Pays. With no previous training, Saskia and Maurice took up the challenge of becoming winegrowers, managing each step with passion. Committed to organic farming from the outset, they are working towards a sustainable agro-ecological estate, combining respect for the land, quality wines and the transmission of knowledge to future generations.
