Cave Union des Jeunes Viticulteurs Récoltants
The eight winegrowers in the Union have joined forces to create a collective operation, combining their skills and the experience of two generations. Each manages a specific aspect of the business (vineyard, cellar, quality, etc.). They cultivate 60 hectares of AOC Clairette de Die and Crémant de Die. The Union obtained Agriculture Raisonnée certification in 2009 and HVE certification in 2015, underlining its commitment to the environment. Discover their work during visits by appointment!
