For four generations, the Poulet family has been passionately cultivating its 23 hectares of vineyards on the steep slopes of the Drôme Valley, at the foot of the Vercors. Here, the region's flagship grape varieties thrive on clay-limestone soils certified as High Environmental Value. Discover their Clairette de Die, Crémant de Die, and Châtillon-en-Diois vintages, wines of character to be tasted on site.
