Since 1921, the Domaine de l'Espigouette, owned by the Latour family, has flourished on 50 hectares of varied terroirs. Here, we firmly believe that a great wine is born from rich, well-balanced grapes. Thanks to integrated vine-growing methods and the help of a dry, windy Mistral wind, everything is done to respect the vines: ploughing, disbudding, careful harvesting... This diversity of soils and aged vines (45 years on average) produces complex, fine, elegant wines.
