Domaine La Perdrière
At the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, in Sablet, Domaine Chamfort extends over 27 hectares of organically grown vines. Taken over in 2010 by Vasco Perdigao and Sonia, this passionate couple transformed the estate in homage to their roots. In 2024, the estate changed its name to La Perdrière, meaning “partridge”. A new wind is blowing through their wines, authentic and full of character!
