The story of La Cavale began in 1973, when Paul Dubrule, co-founder of Accor, fell under the spell of the Luberon and created his own estate in Cucuron. With the vision of an emblematic place, he transformed La Cavale into an oenotouristic jewel thanks to architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte. Organic certification, soil analysis and respect for the land: Thierry Mueth, Paul's son-in-law, continues this family adventure with passion today.
