Domaine Le Novi
In Provençal, Novi means “newlyweds”, a nod to the union of the owner's parents, who are at the origin of the estate. Located in the village of La Tour d'Aigues, the estate covers 28 hectares of vines, woods and olive groves. Romain returned to the family in 2013, after a number of experiences around the globe, and now represents the 5th generation to cultivate this land. With 15 grape varieties and a unique terroir in the heart of the Luberon, he crafts authentic wines full of character.
