At the foot of the Gervans lookouts, this family-run estate has been passing down winemaking expertise for six generations. Laurent and Céline Fayolle cultivate 13 hectares of hillside vineyards to produce AOC Crozes-Hermitage, Hermitage, and Saint-Péray wines, all made from single-vineyard selections.
