You can find out all the answers to these questions by visiting our oenological discovery centre, which has 3 rooms and a garden: The "terroir" room, where you can discover the secrets of our Ardèche soils. The "cellar" room, where you can find out all about the vinification and ageing of our wines. The "taste buds" room, where you can discover the aromas that blossom in our different grape varieties Our biodiversity garden, created in partnership with the French League for the Protection of Birds, will show you, on a smaller scale, our vineyard and its interaction with the biodiversity of the Ardèche.
