Wine Tasting Evening – The truffle-filled kickoff to Truffle Weekend in Uzès
Friday, January 16th, 2026, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. – Salle de l’Ombrière, Uzès
We’re starting the year off right with the Wine Tasting Evening, the flagship event that kicks off Truffle Weekend in Uzès. Imagine: a cozy marquee, 20 passionate winemakers, endless truffle-filled bites (chicken rolls, goat cheese puffs, truffle scrambled eggs, and more) and AOC Duché d'Uzès wines to pair with these delicacies. The atmosphere is festive and the encounters authentic: the perfect opportunity to chat with producers, discover the secrets of the terroir, and soak up the spirit of the Gard region.
The added bonus: a handy cocktail tray is provided at the entrance so you can enjoy your tasting in complete freedom. Places are limited, reservations are required... don't miss out!

A raclette in the vineyard... in the heart of Avignon
Saturday, January 24th, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. – Clos de la vigne du Palais des Papes
Who said raclette was only for ski resorts? The Compagnons des Côtes du Rhône are organizing a unique party in the gardens of the Palais des Papes: braziers, music, wine bar, and all-you-can-eat raclette, accompanied by charcuterie, potatoes, and winter vegetables. A great atmosphere is guaranteed, especially if you dress up in mountain-themed costumes: prizes will be awarded for the best ones!
What we love: An all-inclusive menu (raclette, wine, dessert) for 200 participants in a historic setting. Reservations are essential!
