Since 1923, the Vignolis cooperative winery has been combining traditional expertise and innovation in the heart of the Nyonsais region, between the Eygues and Baronnies valleys. Here, we celebrate the Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Nyons AOC wines and Nyons PDO olive oil, the fruits of a sunny terroir and hillside vineyards. At Espace Vignolis, enjoy an immersive experience: tours of the oil mill, creative workshops on black olives, and tastings of wines and local products.
