Domaine Saint-Sauveur
Since the 12th century, this family estate, nestled at the foot of Mont Ventoux, has combined history and a passion for wine. Located 25 km from Avignon, the Rey family has been perpetuating a true winemaking tradition since 1936. Their cellar, housed in an 11th-century medieval chapel, offers a unique tasting experience of their AOC Côtes du Rhône, Ventoux, and Beaumes de Venise wines, all of which have been organically farmed since 2015.
