Founded in 1798, Domaine Chaboud Cellier, run by Stéphan Chaboud (6th generation) and oenologist Charlène Cellier, cultivates 13 hectares of terraced vineyards in Saint-Péray. This family estate is renowned for its AOC Saint-Péray, Saint-Joseph, Cornas, and Crozes-Hermitage wines. Visitors can explore the 18th-century double-level cellars and taste these authentic wines at the wine cellar, open Tuesday through Saturday.
