At the foot of Mont Ventoux, under generous sunshine and the breath of the Mistral, Clauvallis, formerly La Courtoise, has been passionately crafting bold, intense wines since 1924. On a terroir of clay-limestone terraces and pebbles, the winemakers create AOC Ventoux wines that are fresh, silky and expressive, while respecting nature and the landscape.
